Semight Instrument BI6201 aging test system is a high-density, multi-functional test system specially designed for the aging life verification of semiconductor laser chips.

The system adopts a main frame and a large single-layer structure. Through the integration of multi-channel drive power, temperature controller, real-time data acquisition functions, standardized drawer and flexible fixture configuration, the system cost is significantly reduced.

Customized test fixture is suitable for various types of semiconductor lasers such as CoC (Chip on Carrier), CoS (Chip on Submount) and TO-CAN with different sizes.
