3. Response time and response method: During the warranty period, if the equipment fails, we need to go to the site for support after receiving the repair report from the user. Arrive at the customer's maintenance site within 8 hours locally, and arrive at the customer's maintenance site within 24 hours from other provinces and cities and overhaul in place. During the warranty period, if the equipment cannot be used normally due to repeated inspections of equipment performance failures, we will replace the new equipment free of charge. After the warranty period is exceeded, if the product fails, we can send a technical support engineer to provide free on-site service. If you need to replace the accessories, the accessories will be provided at the best price in the market. We have resident technical support engineers in many places in China, who can respond to the relevant needs of the tenderer in a timely manner.
4. Service working hours: For all products supplied, we insist on 24 working hours a day, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5. Regular return visits: We insist on regular return visits every year for all the products we supply, patrol inspection and maintenance to prolong the life of the equipment.
