Statement of Compliance with Export Control Regulations

Semight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Semight") has long been committed to strictly complying with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries where its business is located, including the export control laws and regulations of the United Nations, China, the United States, and the European Union, and fulfilling its export control responsibilities and obligations in a responsible and trustworthy manner to win the trust of its customers and partners.
 
Semight is responsible for formulating and improving export control and related sanctions compliance policies, systems, and procedures, and promoting the implementation of relevant requirements in applicable business areas and functional departments;
 
Semight classifies its products, software, and technologies for export control, and obtains export control licenses as necessary;
 
Semight conducts regular export control risk reviews of transactions and related activities to prevent export control compliance risks;
 
Semight requires all employees to make efforts to achieve export control compliance goals and to comply with the company's relevant policies and regulations. Employees who violate applicable laws and regulations will bear legal responsibility.
 
This statement applies to all departments, branches, and subsidiaries of Semight Co., Ltd.
