Semight was established in 2017, a global supplier of high-end test & measurement instrument and equipment. Our company provides a wide range of products covering optical network test, optical chip test, electronic measurement and power semiconductor test for R&D and high-volume manufacturing.

Semight testing instruments include High-Speed Bit Error Ratio Tester, Network Traffic Analyzer, Broadband Sampling Oscilloscope, High-Precision Wavelength Meter and Digital Source Measure Unit. In addition, our company provides Optoelectronic Hybrid ATE, Laser Chip Burn-in System, Laser Chip Tester, Silicon Photonics Wafer Tester, Power Semiconductor Tester, Wafer Level Burn-In System and Wafer Level Reliability Test System to global customers.
