The R & D and production of optical communication networks and high-speed interface optical chips, optical devices and optical transceiver modules require high-performance sampling oscilloscopes for accurate measurement and verification. In order to ensure that the high-speed optoelectronic signal eye pattern can be accurately tested, the oscilloscope usually needs to have higher bandwidth, lower amplitude noise and lower inherent jitter. Based on the principle of isochronous sampling, the sampling oscilloscope does not need expensive and complex ultra-high sampling rate ADC, but can use ADC with higher conversion bits. Therefore, it overcomes the disadvantages of high cost and poor accuracy, and is more suitable for ultra-high speed optical / electrical interface testing. It has been widely recognized as a standard consistency testing instrument by various standards and specifications. For a long time, the sampling oscilloscope has been monopolized by foreign test instrument giant companies. As the global optical communication industry cluster with the largest demand, China has not had independent and controllable test products for decades.
Semight focuses on the independent R & D and production of domestic high-end optoelectronic testing instruments. In 2021, PAM4 eye map reconstruction and tdecq test algorithm were implemented on the hardware architecture of dca6201. In the spring of 2022, lianxun instrument officially announced the launch of the dca6201-pam option of the pam4 sampling oscilloscope supporting 53gbps (26.5625gbaud). The introduction of the above products not only breaks the monopoly of foreign countries for decades, but also solves the strategic "bottleneck" problem of the domestic high-speed communication industry.
In order to meet the demand of single wave 100G high-speed communication module test for further improvement of bandwidth, Semight has embarked on the development of 50GHz sample and hold amplifier chip from the mainstream chip with the courage and unswerving belief of breaking through the bridge and striving to break through the 50GHz sampling oscilloscope as soon as possible. Support a variety of different standard rate eye pattern tests: DCA4201 is used for 10G and below rate optoelectronic signal eye pattern and extinction ratio tests; DCA6201 is designed for NRZ / PAM4 eye pattern test at 25 ~ 28Gbaud rate, and fully supports tdecq test in accordance with the industry standard (ieee802.3bs / CD);
