The first meeting of MEMS field -- the fourth China MEMS Manufacturing Conference and Micro and Nano Manufacturing and Sensor Exhibition will be held in Suzhou International Expo Center on March 1-3, 2023. The gathering, exhibition, competition, award, release five in one, to create a higher specification and level of MEMS field specialization and international event.

Since 2019, China MEMS Manufacturing Conference has been successfully held for three consecutive sessions, inviting a total of 120 MEMS entrepreneur representatives and more than 1,000 professional visitors to participate in the conference.

This conference will focus on MEMS foundry/manufacturing, closed test, device application and other directions, set up a manufacturing main conference and display, silicon photonics two special conference, invited 54 industry elite leaders to attend the presentation and share, discuss cutting-edge technology and process, pulse industry development direction.
