The High Voltage Semiconductor Pulse Generator Unit (HV-SPGU) is widely used for testing of advanced non-volatile memories (NVMs). In addition, for transistors with high electron mobility, pulse IV measurements with narrow pulses with fast rising edges are required due to charge trapping effects and the large amount of heat caused by DC measurements, which affects the accuracy of test results.


The Semight HV-SPGU S3023P offers up to 40V, 30ns fast rising edge, and narrow pulses with 120ns pulse width, making it ideal for advanced non-volatile storage and a wide range of applications requiring fast pulse IV measurements.

01,High Voltage 


Provides 20V Pulse Voltage, and output short circuit current 800mA (peak current) or 400mA (average current) during +/-40V output voltage with 50Ω loading.



02,Fast Narrow Pulse


Narrow pulse with 120ns pulse width, typical pulse rise time 30ns for output amplitude ≤5V



03,Output Voltage Monitoring


The HV-SPGU's Autput Voltage Monitoring function can measure voltage with an accuracy of 50uV.



04,Supports Tri-level Pulses


Support double-level pulse and Triple-level Pulse output, pulse period 40ns~10s
