The focal points of Semight Instrument are high-speed communication testing, optical chip testing and semiconductor testing. It can provide high-end test instruments including high-speed bit error tester, network tester, broadband sampling oscilloscope, high-precision wavelength meter, spectrometer, and general digital source meter. As well as high-speed optoelectronic hybrid ATE, laser chip burn-in tester, laser chip tester, SiPh wafer tester, power chip tester, wafer burn-in tester and other high-end test equipment.
The company has strong research and development (R&D) strength. It has built a Jiangsu Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center (provincial enterprise technology center), and has long-term academic-research cooperation with Nanjing University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing Advanced Laser Technology Research Institute, Southeast University and The Research Institute of Advanced Technology, Ningbo University.
