Semight Instruments dual channel high-precision SMU S2026H, with pA level current measurement accuracy, is widely used for high-precision measurement of small currents such as leakage current and dark current. It supports dual channel synchronous triggering, and a single instrument can complete high-precision synchronous scanning testing of three-port devices.

1.Ultra high precision

S2026H has a resolution of up to 10fA/100nV and a voltage accuracy of 100 μ V. The current accuracy is 9pA, using 3 coaxial output terminals, which can be used to accurately measure small currents.

S2026H is a dual channel SMU, each channel supports ± 200V, ± 1A (DC), ± 3A (pulse), and supports synchronous triggering. A single instrument can easily and quickly complete the characterization of three port devices.
